We rock Charlotte
We Rock is a non-profit organization located in Charlotte, NC. Music Lab is the music lesson program offered by We Rock. Open to all ages, lessons are tailored to the student in a space where they can create, collaborate, and make mistakes. There are no limits to what a music lesson looks like for each student.

Through better defining Music Lab and its sub-brands and highlighting the benefits they provide, we will generate awareness and increase sign-ups for Music Lab and its programs.

Name Proposals
In addition to a logo, Music Lab wanted to rename their program Student Album and find a name that truly represented what the program did. These were the proposed options.
Rock ‘n Reel
The two most consumed forms of entertainment are music and cinema, and Rock ‘n Reel is the perfect fusion. From musical instruments and voice, to stop motion and videography, the sky's the limit to what our students can do. Rock ‘n Reel highlights the authenticity and individuality of our students when it comes to the creative process, freedom and collaboration with others in the studio. Rock n’ Reel is a way for students to come together to make a variety of music and film that will be turned into a video to showcase their hard work to a live audience.
Studio Sessions
Studio Sessions is a place to come and truly be free. We Rock is a non-profit organization designed to empower all people to create music and content while feeling encouraged to try new things. We value creative freedom and self expression through making art, that's why we have created Studio Sessions. Music Lab students will come together and collaborate on music and film which will then be crafted into a video to show to an audience. Being in our studio means being creative, empowered, curious and ultimately having fun.
Rebel Rewind
All change starts with a rebel. They question societal expectations, and take an alternative path to explore their true identity. They don’t fear making noise because they play as if no one is listening. Rebel Rewind is a collection of music and film made by the students and showcased to anyone. It’s a place where students can make mistakes, be creative, have fun and channel their inner rebel. Where they will stand up, stand out and have no fear of getting loud.
Punk Production
Punks have a unique sense of style that is demonstrated through art and authenticity. They aren't afraid of making heads turn and going against the norm. Punk Production is a way for students to showcase their identity through making a variety of music and video in an inclusive and safe environment. Students will create and collaborate with others, and showcase their work in a live audience show. Students are encouraged to find their inner punk by being curious and see what art form represents them most.
